It could be said that, the knowledge contained in this course should be taught in schools, so that we would have the necessary resources and tools to deal with the various life situations more effectively and reach our goals more easily. Unfortunately, this is not happening; in reality, this-so important in our view-information is scattered in many different books, seminars, articles etc, thus it is difficult to be assembled together to produce the successful outcomes sought.
In our “Life Mastery” seminar, we transfer to you-in a simple and easy-to-comprehend manner-the essentials of selected and particularly useful theories, methods, and techniques drawn from various disciplines and different approaches, aimed at helping you get unstuck from stagnant situations and discover new ways to move forward in the domains of life important to you.
Each session / lesson includes a theoretical part, followed by an open dialogue on the challenges you’re are currently facing; in addition, comprehensive course notes (120 pages), along with exercises for completion are sent to you, to facilitate a better understanding and insight into the material.

Our "Life Mastery" programme is completed in 2 months (8 sessions X 1.5 hours each, held once a week).
